Sylvia Williams is the President and one of the founders of WRB Communications. Ms. Williams has 20 years experience in marketing and operations in the pharmaceutical and health industries. Ms. Williams has been responsible for the day-to-day management of a 300-person health information services operation. She is responsible for overseeing all management and operational activities at WRB.

 

Mark Hewitt, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Hewitt has 8 years experience in the operation of medical/product information programs. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Hewitt participates in the operation, development of product information programs, and functions as the primary client liaison during project startup. He is responsible for oversite of all projects. Previously Mr. Hewitt served as the Director of Operations for 3 years and prior to that as a Project Manager for 4 years working with various pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients, and medical consultants. Mr. Hewitt has 11 years experience in clinical cardiac nursing as well as writing and developing standards of practice.

     
 

Virginia Moore, Vice President, Quality Assurance

Virginia Moore is a Vice President and head of the Quality Assurance Department. Ms. Moore is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal and external quality control policies and procedures. She is also responsible for staying current on regulatory changes that may affect project operations. Ms. Moore has 15 years of call center experience in managing medical information and customer service programs. Ms. Moore has been involved in many aspects of call center operations including training, recruitment, and developing client relations.

 
 

Denise Dixon, Vice President, Marketing and Sales

Ms. Dixon is the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for WRB Communications. She has more than 10 years of marketing and business development experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Ms. Dixon has directed the marketing operations for a global health outcomes and health economics firm. She is responsible for leading the strategic initiatives for marketing and client development across pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech markets.
